What is reflexology?
Reflexology is a therapy that involves applying pressure to specific areas of the feet, hands, or ears. It aims to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support the body's natural healing processes by stimulating reflex points that correspond to different organs and parts of the body.
The goals of reflexology include promoting relaxation, reducing stress, improving circulation, and supporting the body's natural healing processes. It is believed that by stimulating the reflex points, the corresponding organs or areas of the body are also stimulated, helping to restore balance and improve overall health.

Does Reflexology hurt?
Reflexology should not be painful. The pressure applied during a session may vary depending on your comfort level. Many people experience deep relaxation during and after the session for a prolonged time.
